1.2 Partial Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

1.3 No Refunds

  • No refunds will be provided after 7 days once the course has started.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

3.1 Course Cancellation by Acadspro Academy

  • If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • You may also opt to transfer to another course without any additional charges.

3.2 Medical or Personal Emergencies

  • If you need to cancel your enrollment due to a medical or personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible
  • Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1 Course Materials

  • Fees for any physical or digital course materials provided are non-refundable once they have been accessed or received.

4.2 Administrative Fees

  • Any administrative fees, processing fees, or service charges are non-refundable.

5. Transfer and Credit Options

5.1 Course Transfers

  • You may request to transfer your enrollment to a future course session if space is available.
  • Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date.
  • A transfer fee may apply.

5.2 Course Credit

  • Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a course credit for future use.
  • Course credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
